A return and exchange form is enclosed with every package. Please fill out the return section of the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. If you are exchanging merchandise, please fill out the exchange portion on the back of the form. Be sure to indicate the style no., color, size and quantity of the item(s). For your convenience, we have provided a pre-addressed return label on your invoice for any returns from within the United States. Please follow these instructions for using the pre-addressed return label: No payment is necessary when you mail your package using the pre-addressed return label. You will be charged a return fee of $6.95 upon receipt of your return.
